thanks pritya! i almost always cook dinner at home but last night enjoyed a "crispy eggplant sandwich" from gourmet gallery. two long slices of eggplant made crispy with breadcrumbs and not at all oily, served as the bread. sandwiched between them was a thin slice of mozzarella, basil, and roasted peppers. light and lovely. they also have a new icecream--white chocolate raspberry--that's amazingly good.

This is a captivating website. Makes for great reading. Wow to the the mother daughter team at gourmet gallery. Like your pictures and general layout. Keep up the good work.
