What is the difference between condensed and evaporated milk?
Condensed milk is both thicker and sweeter than evaporated milk.

Hailey - there is a huge difference between evaporated and sweetened condensed milk (at least there is in the US).

I see no difference in these two different types of milk. you can use any for baking.
