From another thread, instructions from Rose
go to www.washingtonpost.com
put: beranbaum's best buns
in the search box. the article will appear and right under the photo of the bun, under the red words "buns appeal" there are two links: one is tips to baking like a pro and the other is recipe: beranbaum's best buns. click on that and you will have the recipe.

Just ordered the Electrolux Magic Mill DLX 2000 Assistent. Spiral Mixer, 600 watts motor, 12 lbs of dough max. Got the Magic Mill DLX Chef's, Black Chrome which includes most of the accessories
($744.00 no-tax or shipping charges, from PleasantHillGrain.com) Thanks to you and Breadbasketcase.com.
My wife and I will be teaching a Bread and Rolls Class at El-Centro Junior College Dallas, Texas, in June and July for 14 weeks, 4.5 hours a day, Monday and Tuesday's, so the Magic Mill should get a workout.
There will be ten students in the class, will post, if I may jpeg's and commentary.
