I've got your wonderful July email newsletter, and I know you mentioned tuna salad for your hamburger buns because of my tuna!

I have just packed the tuna I made for my cousin's wedding in September. Actually, I am taking it out of the canning jar and vacuum pack and freeze; just more convenient to handle during the wedding. But not before having one jar all for myself, I am eating so much tuna that my blood is glowing with all that beautiful led... we must use smaller than 2 feet yellow fin tuna so it is led free (the one you tried is!!!). Also, I tried it with mahi mahi and it is so wonderful, and mahi mahi is always led free!
