Out of the Country

I'll be in Switzerland on a culinary press tour until October 10th and at photography for the book week of 12. Of course there will be the usual Saturday postings but I won't be able to answer most postings until after the 19th of October. Please continue to help each other and happy baking!
Love,
Rose

i'm so sorry but that is one area that i haven't visited for many years though it was always a favorite.
i'm sure that you will find the lindt sprungli boutique and they have the best monte bianca (chestnut and whipped cream dessert) and also their griotte which comes in a little box with cherries on the outside--cherries in liquer enrobed with chocolate is one of my favorite things of all time.
have a wonderful trip!
