Hector, I kept looking at this post, wondering when I would find the time to listen to it all. Then came a bout of insomnia, and I had my chance. I may have been up in the middle of the night, but at least I had a smile on my face!

Rose and Hector, I'm so happy to be able to see these videos, wish I could have been there in person! Thanks so much for making these available.

For me, part 11 didn't work from the blog but was fine from YouTube.

I'm inspired to go out and buy Wondra so I can see what it does for genoise- perfect for Spring.
