this happens when youtube servers are too busy or when your browser does not have flash installed.
i wouldnt worry much about this.

I get the red x some of the time but, not always. Any fix??

This happens to me (i.e., red x instead of picture) when I use a 64-bit browser, but the rgeular browswer works just fine.

sorry for the trouble, I would install flash player or go to youtube.com for instructions and test if u can see any youtube videos.

Odd, I can't see these pictures. I can see the napoli pictures just fine. I wonder what the difference is?? I just get a blank box with the red X up in the left corner.
