The Fashion Institute of Technology puts out a beautifully designed quarterly magazine for alumni appropriately called Hue. The current publication is devoted to food and includes graduates who went from fashion to food careers. As one, I have always joked that I went from draping fabric to draping fondant.
I'm so pleased and honored to have been included in Hue and if you're interested in reading the profile, beautifully written by editor Linda Angrilli, click

And here are a few more photos of my work environment which Matthew Septimus took for your enjoyment!

To my BFF Rose,
Nice to see my article and Matthew's photos on your blog. Hope your fans enjoy them. It was such a pleasure to spend a few hours with you. It was also fun to bake all those cakes--a project I'm sure I'll be continuing in the future!
Best,
Linda

Great article and lovely photos Rose. The sweater look pretty as well. As an avid knitter myself, it's nice to finally see one of your knitting creations!

Beautiful article, Rose. And I love the sweater! (I've just been knitting my first.) The author conveyed very convincingly the moments of panic that occur when baking. It's nice to know they happen to other people, too.

Hi Rose,
Loved the article about you, but my question is actually about the rose cookie cutter in the last photo on your blog. By any chance do you remember where you got it? (Although I bet it's really old.) I'd love one for my brother, whose cookie-baking hobby is only surpassed by his rose-growing hobby.
Thanks in advance.
