You never have to worry about how the icing looks on the sides of the cake if you encrust it with nuts. They also add a lovely crunchy texture and delicious flavor!

Congratulations Rose!!! I read very very early this morning that you won two awards at the 32nd IACP Annual Conference! That is FANTASTIC!!! You totally deserved it. I'm so happy for you, Rose. Yay!!!

I haven't tried this product but I am not sure why I would. I always have great success with Roses recipes and I prefer the natural texture produced by natural ingredients. Her recipes give you cakes with a superior flavor and texture.I suppose if you are in the baking business it may have some application in terms of making things stay fresh longer but as a customer I want real food prepared naturally.
Just my two cents worth,
