The Cake Bible was already so complete and revolutionary that I couldn't imagine what more could be added... and then you came up with your Heavenly Cakes and opened a whole new world of ideas and techniques. It is absolutely wonderful, and I am so happy for you that your work was recognized and honoured.

Congratulations, Rose. I couldn't wait to find out the results, so I looked them up the day after Earth Day. (I actually didn't know which day was Earth Day, so kept asking my husband so I would know when to check. It was confusing because there were so many "earth" celebrations all week long.) It's an honor to be baking from such a wonderful book!
