That's brilliant! It's great to find another Irish baking blog, as there are far too few out there. I've just subbed to David's blog, and am really looking forward to receiving the posts and of course, the recipes.

This looks like a really fun blog! I noticed the Irish Soda Bread recipe and the brown sugar short bread which sound interesting.
