i think this will be the future of all how to book publishing and for cookbooks, especially baking books, it will be a major benefit. there is nothing equal to seeing the technique in motion, and combined with step by steps and good clear text everyone can be the baker of his or her dreams!

I find these videos very useful. I'm not very interested in bread baking, but with each one of these bread videos I'm starting to change my mind. Seems easy enough. I have the impression that cake baking is much easier than bread baking, and bread baking is easier than pastry baking (croissants, danish dough, etc). I wish there were more videos of the more difficult stuff (bread and pastries), because they are very very helpful!
