Rose, I've been reading about the strips jealously for some time. Is there a Canadian distributor? Or an American one that will ship these items to Canada (Amazon won't)?

The cake strip has long been a useful addition to my essential baking equipment and, as such, appears in the source section of my upcoming book, Baking Style.

Congratulations! What fun to discover your blog. A dear friend gave me one of your cookie books years ago and it's tattered, torn, and very loved.
