Rose, amazon only lists the first edition of The Pie and Pastry BIble, where can i get a recent(or the most recent) one?

alexis, i use my bread machine for most of my recipes.
i have never worked with gluten free flour so you'll need to do some research on line and experiment.
yes, dry milk is the same as dry milk solids.

Thank you so much for answering my previous question :)
I have another one for you if that's okay.
I already owned 2 of your books and I'm wondering if I'm able to use your bread recipes for my new bread machine?
And my husband has celiac disease. If a bread recipe calls for regular flour can I just use gluten free flour and keep the rest of ingredients the same?
Also, is dry milk the same as dry milk solids?
