Some time ago I posted a query on the blog as to whether anyone (aside from me) would value having a bread proofer for the home. Thanks to your interest, Michael Taylor of Brod and Taylor is nearing release of their new folding bread proofer. If you visit the website and submit your name, you have the possibility of being chosen as one of the testers.

I really like it. They are taking suggestions...and still working out the kinks...but I think it is a terrific product. It isn't ready for the market yet, but they are getting there

Rose:
I was selected as one of the testers. Thank you so much for the information on the product and site. I received the product last week and baked my first loaf of bread this weekend. The product is great. Even I could find a place to store it...if folds up so flat. Amazing!
