So I was going through the rundown of what was going to be happening in this year's Tom Douglas Culinary Summer Camp, and I noticed you were taking part in it this year.
Do you have any idea what your plan is for the event, whether it's going to be a demonstration or a hands-on thing? Tom's website is kind of light on details other than this thing is 2500 bucks.
Not sure if this is the right spot to ask, but you disabled comments on your Youtube videos, so I couldn't go back and add one to the conversation you and I were having 5 or 6 months ago where I knew you read and responded.
