Hi Irene,
Half and half is 1 part milk and 1 part cream which is usually used as a coffee creamer.

sherrie, i talked about how i prefer brioche dough for either cinnabuns or sticky buns and that the main difference between the two is the topping. i also gave a tip about baking them in a ring formation using a canning jar or cannister in the center filled with hot water for even baking and steam. the center buns never bake as fast as the ones around the ring.

there was so much information i gave that it would be a great idea to go to martha's serius radio site and see what they posted. also read what i wrote about sticky buns in the bread bible as it all applies to cinnamon buns.

I've been ill and missed this -- are you able to share some of the details, Rose? I'm on a quest to make my vision of the perfect cinnamon bun come to life (not a sticky bun)!
