When Rose's Heavenly Cakes was published three years ago, I had the pleasure of being a guest on Faith Middleton's radio show. Last week the audio rebroadcast to the show in addition to the written text appeared on her website. It is one of the best reviews I've ever had so I wanted to share it with you.

Hi Adian,
Rose has a Challah recipe \here on the blog posted as My New Favorite Traditional Challah in the bread recipes. It is also in The Bread Bible.
You can convert the Basic Hearth recipe to a multiple loaf recipe by taking the total gram weight of the recipe and then seeing how many loaves can be made with your 5 pounds of flour.

i would love your help converting the Rose’s Basic Hearth Bread using a 5 lb bag of flour. I also would live to season this bread so it becomes a rosemary bread loaf. I make challah (5lb bag recipe)almost every week and would like to try to make my own rosemary bread loaf instead of buying it for the upcoming purim holiday. pls help! love your website-was just introduced to it. Thanks, adina
