Fabulous! Yesterday I was scrubbing stains and rust spots on a set of 6" metallic pie plates to no avail. A 7" plate is the perfect size for the two of us to enjoy a small pie over a weekend and much less guilt then if I baked a 9".
BTW, finally remembered to pick-up some metallic paper clamps and whoa- what a difference the Rose Cake Strips made for the Lemon Almond Cake in both the mini and the Bavarian pans!
