At long last we are visiting Hector in Hawaii!
I have been corresponding with Hector for the past 7 years. He has edited and made available just about every tv and video appearance I've ever done on youtube. And he has created such stunning cakes based on ones from my book that I gave him a presence on this blog "Hector's Take on My Cake."
There will be many photos and stories of our trip including the demo we are doing at the Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu.
Don't be surprised if none of the three of us answers any questions on the blog as we are leaving the computers behind and immersing ourselves fully in the experience. Of course there is still cell phones for real emergencies but try not to have any!
