I have been baking your dair dinner challa and it is the best challa I have ever eaten. I now make it every friday night for shabbot. Since we dont specifically keep kosher, Iv always replaced the oil in challa recipes with melted butter, but it was not nearly as buttery as your dairy challa.
The traditiobal challa looks good too, and might perhaps be preferable with a very rich meal or of course a meat meal if you keep kosher.

I wonder if challas conraining butter are trafitional in fish eating countries like Scansanavia.
