I always follow your recipes as closely as I can, Rose, but it is so good to read your explanations for all your methods . I really enjoyed reading this item.

Hi Pkovach,
The only type of eggs recommended in applications when the eggs may not be fully cooked for the very young, old, pregnant women, or those with immune impairment, are pasteurized eggs. We recommend Safest Choice Pasteurized eggs which are pasteurized in the shell.
