Thank you Alex. I love this publisher and editor Mia Tian who gave me the honor of giving her daughter her English name. I’m not surprised they did such a good translation but so happy to have you confirm it. I wish I could read Chinese—it is so beautiful.

I am very excited to see the Chinese version. Although I own the English version, I plan to get the Chinese one next time I go back to Taiwan. Reading through the recipe of the Sour Cheery Pie, I have to say the translation is really good - it captures the essence of the English version while using the terms Chinese bakers can understand.
