I have lived in TX all of my life but it is a dream of mine to have a restaurant or a bakery in Massachusetts. I love to cook anything from everyday comfort food to elegant dinners. I find it to be a stress reliever and enjoy turning the classical music on and get lost in baking!!!! I have never worked in a bakery or restaurant but have always had a passion for it and am told all of the time I am in the wrong business. I work as an Office/Project Manager for our family operated construction business but am looking to find a way to make my dream a reality. I have a 9 year old son who loves to join me in the kitchen and a wonderful husband who is there to clean up my messes!! If I am not baking I am playing with my son, painting, walking our 3 dogs or reading.
