I am a mother of 4 (2 girls, 2 boys) living in Zilina, Slovakia. We are missionaries and have lived here 6 1/2 years. We love it!
I volunteer at my children's school 4x a week, teaching English.
Although a challenge at first, i have come to love all the aspects of cooking and baking here in Eastern Europe. I appreciate most, the freshness of the ingredients here. For me there is no comparison!
