Hello!!! I’m new out here!! I just got RAVE reviews from my Chef in school last night about Ms. Beranbaum’s “Bible” cookbooks….so i’m slowly starting my collection.  I have entered the baking phase of my education and I AM STOKED!!! So…let the fun begin!!! Just wanted to introduce myself, i’m a 34 year old engaged mom of three…in addition to working full time in an office type setting ( I obtain copyright permission for professors’ college coursepacks), I attend Sullivan University’s Culinary Department full time as well!  So there is never a dull moment for me.  I love everything about food, cooking, eating, talking about it…So i look forward to being a part of this forum! Hello Everyone!
  I am new baker and I am very excited to be part of the Rose Levy Beranbaum Forum. 
I have tried a few cakes - and and right now i prefer real buttercream than criso buttercream.  I am a lover a food so i prefer taste!
Currently i am a scientist with Merck and i am hoping to get into the cake business on the side….
I look forward to reading and hearing all feedback - good and bad!

Hello! I am a homemaker and have been baking for a little while.  I have several of Rose’s books and always get fabulous results by following her recipes. 

The photo’s of everyone’s baked goods is astonishing.  My baking looks nothing like the photos I’ve seen here but they are something to aspire to.

I’m happy to be among such gifted and knowledgeable people.
