I have run out of sources for baking pumpernickel bread. Barry Farm’s pumpernickel flour is reasonably priced, but transportation from Ohio to Menlo Park cost more than the product, even via Amazon. Looking for a source in the Bay area. I usually buy 10-20 lb at a time.
Whole Foods or any of the bulk suppliers quit supplying it.
I bake one whole wheat with sunflower seeds added and a Pumpernickel a week in my bread machine.
