I think I have the full set of Rose’s books including the UK version of The Cake Bible.  At least one more to come - maybe more????

How wonderful!  I only have 4 of her books.  I don’t have Rose’s Melting Pot, Rose’s celebration or her Chocolate book.  Which one would you recommend I buy next?

Tammy, I haven’t answered your question as it’s a hard one!  I do a lot of chocolate work so I’ve dipped into that one the most but they are not, strictly speaking, Rose’s recipes although the have the ‘look and feel’ of Rose about them.  I’ve made a few things and they have been great.  I recently made chocolate dipped nougat which had always scared me before but found it quite straight-forward if a bit sticky.  The other two are cook books so a mixture of baking/desserts and lots of savoury dishes.  I think you should get them all!

Rozanne, I knew about RCC by Rose but can’t see it anywhere for sale - is it a full-sized book?  I would like to get it too.

I got it from Amazon.ca It’s a small book. Most of the recipes are in TCB. I just did a search and found this:
