Tammy, I haven’t answered your question as it’s a hard one! I do a lot of chocolate work so I’ve dipped into that one the most but they are not, strictly speaking, Rose’s recipes although the have the ‘look and feel’ of Rose about them. I’ve made a few things and they have been great. I recently made chocolate dipped nougat which had always scared me before but found it quite straight-forward if a bit sticky. The other two are cook books so a mixture of baking/desserts and lots of savoury dishes. I think you should get them all!
