Cass, she is doing fine. She is just very busy with her part-time job at the moment. I’m sure she will be back SOON!

Cass, you are such a sweetheart looking out for us all!  I too have been in touch with P and she knows we are thinking about her.  Hopefully she will make some cookies for the Mother’s Day bake-off.

I’m here, I’m here… you guys are so sweet.  I’ve been super bogged down with some sudden issues at work during the past 2 weeks that I haven’t had time to do much of anything, but it looks like things are slowly headed back to normal.  This is really the very best online community!!!!  You guys are great smile.

Patricia,  you seem to be missing again.  Are you OK?  It’s not the same around here without you.

Yeah Patincia… I took Rover & we went looking for you in the north 40…From there we moseyed west to the CHUCKWAGON. We thought we would find you there feeding your face again. While there we fed our faces instead however.
Now Patrincia, do not tell us you got lost in the snow…it is almost summer time out there.
Patrincia, C-O-M-E B-A-C-K !!! from where you are hiding. We miss you!!!!.

Oh, you guys make me smile!  : ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I’m super swamped with work, have an out of town graduation to attend in the morning, then a last minute family wedding the day after that (for which I’m supposed to throw together a very informal 3-tier wedding cake for 40)... STRESS!  (okay, breathe… relax… gather your wits).  Before I go I have to finish laundry and cooking and dishes and aaaaaaaaaaahhhh!

Wish I had you guys here to lend all your baking talents!  Wish me luck (and no kitchen disasters)!

I feel for you, Patrincia!  I wish I could help in a practical way but I’m sure you’ll get through it.  GOOD LUCK! grin

Patricia, if I was near you I’d do the prep AND washing up for you!  They take much longer than the baking.  All the best with everything - I KNOW the cake will be great and just remember to breathe.  All we ask is a picture of the cake and you back next week.
