After searching long and hard I have found a place in Canada that will ship/sell the Matfer Giant Balloon Whisk #111046.  The place is Hamilton Store Fixtures.  You need to email/phone to request it, but the whisk with shipping ($12 to Saskatoon—whisk is $41) and taxes was <$60—considering it most vendors in the states ship UPS, the shipping was ~$50.  The website is:

They “group” order so you may not get it shipped immediately.  I warned the salesperson that if I post this they may be swamped with business .  So for all of you trying to get your Canadian hands on this whisk, this may be your best option.
