I’m wondering if anyone has used Illy coffee cans (250g size) for baking.  I would like to make the pannetone in these tins but they get slightly narrow at the top and worry that the bread won’t release easily.  I know Hector uses Illy - ever tried baking in them?

aloha annie, i have used the tins for my 42 flavor gelato party, never for baking.  love storing all sort of things, too, tea, pens, coins, tools, etc.

the narrow inner rim, will make unmolding troublesome.

i prefer panettone in panettone paper molds.
