Question about Brioche Dough…

dough rised good, i think that it turned out ok. I just took the buns out of the oven, I will post a picture shortly…

Here is a pic…this is after i flipped it out of the pan. Some of the pecans stuck to the pan…I used chopped ones opposed to halves…I didn’t think it would matter…..
anyways, i scooped the ones that stuck up and just put them on top. They don’t really look like sticky buns in the picture (or in real life)...looks NOTHING like the pic in the book. THey looked more like rolls when they were in the pan (on the bottom). So….hope it tastes ok. Eating tomorrow.

Ski, it looks pretty tasty to me!  My sticky buns sort of all bake together in one mass, as well (see my pic of chocolate version in Bread Bake Off). I think I had been a little overzealous in pushing the tops of the formed buns down so that they touch. 

Can’t wait to hear how you like them!

Thats exactly what I did- I pushed them down a lot so the sides touched. Today is the test!!
