My kids are too young to bake a cake for me (they are 5 1/2 and 3 1/2). However, they wanted to help me bake it but insisted on decorating it all by themselves. I had a huge mess to clean up at the end of it but it was all worth it. They were so excited. How could I say no?????

Thank you Julie. I made the chocolate fudge cake. Needed to keep it simple. I was anticipating a lot of work after the frosting of the cake.
