I wasn’t big cheesecake fan until I made the Cordon Rose Cream Cheesecake. I’ve made it 3 times and force myself to give most of it away so I’m not tempted to eat it all!!! I made it (with banana) for a neighbor who came over to dinner last night. She loved it. She is hosting some party and was wondering if it could be made as individual bite size cakes. Has anyone tried making these cheesecake to serve for a large group as small bite size cheesecakes?

Rose does this in Rose’s Christmas Cookies, her cookie book.  I’ve made them before, they are delicious, with a higher crust-to-cheesecake ratio than the larger cake.
