I was reading your thoughts on Fondants. I found a new Fondant, it just came out 2 weeks ago. It is sold excluseively on-line for now. The brand is Over-the-Top Fondant sold @ kuddablekakes.com
The prices are great too.I paid $15 for a 5# bucket. I compare it to Albert Uster, it has the same properties. It doesn’t have to be kneaded to develop the gums and starches like Satin Ice and the rest. No sagging and no elephant skin!! It even tasts good…......... I will never go back to the others.
