I am not a natural baker. I am not detailed oriented enough, and do not have a good eye. I cannot tell when something is uneven, thicker than 1/8 of an inch; or what even 1/8th of an inch should look like. But, I cooked the Sticky Buns from Rose’s “Cake Bible” and it is the best thing I have ever cooked.  I have never tasted anything this good; my husband’s best friend, said it was better than anything he ever had in a bakery.  My husband and children loved it. Thank’s Rose for such an amazing recipe.  Thanks to your “Cake Bible” I’m getting a reputation as a good baker in spite of myself. Next for me is the Pastry and Bread bibles.
