I’ve had a Zo for several years. I’ve never made any of the recipes that came with it, LOL. I don’t bake in mine ever either, just use it to mix up the bread dough. You can use whatever recipe you want as long as it stays within the Zo guidelines for the amount the Zo pan will hold. Just check on the mixing process during the initial mixing, watch it for about 3-5 minutes. If it looks too dry, add flour, a tablespoon at a time. If it looks too dry, add water a few drops at a time. Better to be too wet than too dry.
