Refreezing Meyer Lemon Juice?

When I bought dozens of Meyer lemons when they were in season, I froze a lot in ice cube trays, but there was so much juice that I used some old glass jars to freeze the juice.  I ran out of cubes, want 1/4 cup from the jar so should I thaw out the juice, take what I need, and re-freeze it?  I don’t see any issues with doing this but since it’s for other people, I want to make sure I’m doing things safely.

I don’t think you have to worry about anything from a food safety point of view.  You might find the juice doesn’t taste quite as good as freshly squeezed, but if you are sure to carefully store it (completely air tight), I’m sure it will be fine.
