I made this cake for our pre-New Year’s Eve celebration, and it is my new favourite!
I have a question for those who have made this cake:
The directions in The Cake Bible say to “add the melted (white) chocolate and beat to incorporate” - does anyone know how long to do this for and at what speed?
I’ll post a pic of the finished cake sometime (I filled it with lemon curd and frosted it with lemon-flavoured Swiss meringue buttercream).
