I just landed a Cuispro one handed, dishwasher safe sifter.  It’s essentially a seive with a mechanism that “shakes” the ingredients through.  Wonderful to not have to use those beastly metal ones that can’t be washed and better than a seive because it doesn’t need tapping with the other hand.  It only has one seive, unlike the metal sifters with 3 layers, but a nice to have item.

It’s the simple things in life that make such a big difference.
