This cake is amazing. The genoise is delicate and the passion fruit curd is tangy and delicious. The white chocolate buttercream was my favorite!. This cake is fresh and very festive!. Every one loves it!

In my opinion, this is the most perfectly baked genoise!  I had to write to Ceci if she doubled the recipe because this 9” genoise looks GRAND, don’t you all agree?

What a lovely genoise!  Beautiful work, and I love the photo with your cake in the foreground and the book in the background.

Thank you all! Hector I do not doubled the recipe. I maked just as the RHC recipe. And you know what? I do not have a big whisk balloon, i used a simple slotted skimmer.
