this is my version of rose’s Red Fruit Shortcake from her new book.  it really takes you to the tropics.  i will be posting more pictures, video, and description later this month when Hector’s Take launches.  i just could not resist sharing this picture today with you!

Hector, it’s beautiful!  I’ll chime in with the others, what are the shells made out of?  And what did you use for frosting and syrup?
