Wow, I can’t believe that you’ve been at this for only 4 1/2 years….everything you do looks so beautiful and your answers to the myriad of questions on this blog are always so thorough and helpful! Your tres leches and mine look like two different cakes, let’s just say that mine looked fresh out of the home kitchen and yours looks like it comes from a professional bakery! It’s good, though, it gives me something to aspire to… Pretty soon we’ll start seeing a bunch of “show and tell” pictures using squiggly caramel, since you’ve inspired us all!
