I want to make a Megeve cake with 3 layers of chocolate mouse and meringue.  Where can I order a cake ring the has a diameter of about 7 and 1/2 inches and is about 4-5 inches high ?

These are technically called flan rings, and you’ll find them at professional and speciality retailers. Sur La Table may carry these online. I would check my local resturant equipment supplier first.
