as long as you have adequate oven space with circulation around both pans you can bake them both at the same time. but they bake best on the same level towar the middle of the oven. alternatively, you can refrigerate one of the filled pans and then bake it as soon as the first comes out, adding about 3 minutes to the baking time. no changes to the mixing. the important thing i to add the batter to the pans right after mixing.
