Thanks to everyone again for all your feedback. It’s amazing all the thinking, planning, and work that goes into a cake, and then it’s devoured in a flash! Thank goodness we have pictures. I didn’t get a shot of any slices with my camera, but I really hope that the pro photographer did. I am surprised I didn’t get any chocolate or pom-raspberry stains on my dress from plating!
