Hi! I’m trying to make the potato rolls from the Bread Bible that are variation on the Potato Flatbread Pizza for Thanksgiving (see p. 201).  I can’t figure out how much to make!  I will have 10 guests and would like leftovers - I’m thinking I need to treble or quadruple, but can’t tell.  Anyone made these before?  How many potatoes should I boil and what should I do to the recipe?  Thanks!

I’ve made them before.  I can check my copy later tonight and see if I made any notes.

I didn’t have any detailed notes, but the recipe makes about 4 rolls. There is also a note about potato yield in the recipe.
