Anyone that has a Zo bread machine knows that the paddles have to spin the same way to properly knead the dough.  I was always struggling with getting the paddles to line up again in the pan once it’s in the machine.

Well, I discovered that after cleaning the pan, if you line the spindles up going the same way before putting the pan back into the machine, there is no problem with the paddles lining up properly.  Just align the paddles either vertically or horizontally alike, put the pan in the machine, and then slip the paddles over the spindles.  smile

Hmmmm.  I don’t recall my instruction book saying anything about keeping them aligned.  I just pop them in any which way and I have never noticed a difference in the performance.  Can you tell me why exactly you have to have them lined up the same?
