Pasteurized eggs help

I was surprised too.  But I sent them off an e-mail to ask the question.  I am thinking they are only saying minute frosting is safe because most recipes you heat the egg whites over simmering hot water when you beat it.

I’ll keep on that one with them, and post a reply as soon as I get it.
