Which Microplanes should I buy? I currently only have their zester.

I need a good grater for cheese (quiches).

If you don’t have room for the box grater, get the flat ribbon grater.  I use it for hard cheese, soft cheese, even chocolate.

Well we don’t have the proper four-sided box graters here only the slimmed down Microplane two-sided which are about double the price of the flat so I will be ordering the flat. Thanks Patricia I had not thought about the space advantage. The ribbon grater seems the most versatile and its easy to clean compared to our box variety.
